There’s no built in way to upload images with WordPress comments (this part of the site runs on WordPress).
All you can really do is link to them so others can copy and paste into a browser window.
There is a Conspiracy Forum on this site https://conspiracy-theories-hoax.com/conspiracy-forum/ where images can be uploaded, but no one uses the forum, probably because it’s easier to use the comments. Not sure if it’s currently got everything setup for image upload (moved the site to a new server recently). If you do try the forum for images and run into problems LMK and I’ll make sure everything is setup correctly.

There was a database problem with the Conspiracy forum software (PHPBB). Moved hosts recently and looks like the setup wasn’t the same, was stopping new topics from being posted.
Applied a fix and tested it, so should work fine now.
