There are a lot of pictures taken on the Moon that show hills and mountains. Google “apollo 15 hadley rille”.
For example, take a look at this picture:

There are thousands of Apollo photographs like that one that people rarely see because the media tends to only publish the same few popular photographs.
In order to really see the curvature of the Moon you’d have to look at photographs taken from the Command Module in lunar orbit. Google “earthrise” for a good example.
