I find that the people who do not believe the NASA story are generally better educated, but it is more important that they are INDEPENDENT thinkers.
Many of the Apollo Moon photos have the stars in them if you lighten up the image.
A good example is AS15-85-11425HR.
You can get this image from NASA archive:

You can do it even with Widows Photo Gallery: Click on FIX, Adjust Exposure, then adjust Brightness and Contrast. (You may have to do it twice so as to see the stars.)

All the images with the Astronauts and the LM are faked. Some other images appear the be genuine, they were taken probably on the Moon by the Surveyor spacecrafts.
