In 2005, Nasa said it would take them 25 years or so to be able to send a man to the moon in a fully funded project. Strange even though technology has advanced many fold since the first claimed mission. The space shuttles have never traveled more than 400 miles from Earth and have yet claimed more astronaut lives than the original “moon” missions.
Why haven’t the Russians ever gone to the moon? Because they can’t. Just like we can’t. You think for a minute that they would let us lay sole claim to the moon? Riiiight.
