The whole universe is to complex. We don’t yet know what the matter actually is. We don’t know the nature of the magnetic electric and gravity fields – we only observe the behavior and interactions and their dependencies on the bodies creating those fields. We can only guess what exactly those fields are. There are lot of theories but none of them proven so far. So basically we don’t understand in details any of the things surrounding us – so using your logic – the universe and we just do not exist. Oh man, it was so simple – if your brain cannot wrap something instead of trying to explain it just reject it – it doesn’t exist. So you can imagine that if the people were not smarter than you we would be still living in caves. And about the radiation – again you know nothing about it. As I explained as a response to one other question – read something about it. The ionizing radiation has three main components. The one which cannot be stopped from the space suites or space craft shell (it requires tick lead layers) is called Gamma ray. The Gamma rays (electromagnetic waves with >10 exahertz frequency) are the ones which pass through the matter and are pretty hard to stop. What protects us here on Earth is our atmosphere. The Gamma rays are getting absorbed from the tick and multiple atmosphere layers. So the Gamma rays intensity is pretty much the same in the Earths orbit, into the Van Allen’s belt and also on the Moon. The Alpha (stream of Helium cores) and Beta (high energy high speed electrons) are pretty much easily absorbed/deflected by a thin dense metal – of course it depends on the intensity on those shells. But you can imagine that we sent hundreds of probes and satellites all around the Solar system even we have some which passed outside the boundaries of this system. Yes the living matter is a lot more vulnerable to the radiation than the electronics systems but again – the Gamma rays are the one that are hard to stop and again – the same in the Earth’s orbit, Van Allen’s belt and on the Moon. So obviously the radiation may not be a big problem as you can think. And why you think that the radiation outside the Earth’s orbit is an unsolvable problem at first place – because you know nothing about it, that’s why. In your mind the radiation is something that is marked whit this triangle kind of sign and means everything in 5 miles (at least) radios from whenever this sign is posted dies. Well when I’m thinking now what it needs to make someone a fool is this one to be half educated and person and having high self esteem. People like that, one can make them believe in whatever they want. Just like you. You should start learning more about geometry, radiation, photography, gravity laws, fluid’s mechanics etc. Once you start understanding all of these things, you’ll know why all of the Moon landing hoax is ridiculous.
