So you ever even visit the WTC complex in New York my guess is no. The fact that you would peddle such political rhetoric and base it on fiction is beyond any laughable scenario. Obviously you were in recruiting as well.
However, the question and answer involved was a discussion of how (a) Bush is a dictator, (b) the U.S. government has collapsed and no longer exists and a shadow conspiracy is running the country, (c) a questioner then asked if they were to remove the U.S. government isn’t there a danger that another power just as bad would fill the vaccuum and should they try a constitutional convention, to which Alex Jones answered NO, constitutional means will not work.

On this fifth September 11 anniversary, some who hate Bush will gather in New York to profane the memory of the 3000 victims. They will try to convince the country that 9/11 was not an attack by Islamic terrorists, but criminal mass murder by the Bush Administration. Amazingly, fully one-third of Americans now believe that the government is guilty of some conspiracy concerning 9/11. Everything liberals believe about foreign policy was proven to be disastrously false on 9/11. Therefore, liberals must somehow deny that 9/11 actually happened.
After debating these characters extensively, I believe people need to know who they really are. “Scholars for Truth” and the like do not ask any questions seeking truth, but announce absolute conclusions that the Bush Administration executed a criminal conspiracy to murder 3,000 Americans. Literally, they offer science fiction, not science. Remarkably, many 9/11 conspiracy peddlers spontaneously slander the Jews without rhyme or reason.
At a national conference broadcast nationwide on C-SPAN, key conspiracy leader Alex Jones announced that the American government has already collapsed and a shadow government is now running our country. This radio talk show host next announced — on tape – that Usama Bin Laden is now a paid agent of the CIA.
Professor Steven Jones of Brigham-Young University, accused George Bush of being a dictator, mimicking the preamble of the Declaration of Independence. When asked if violent revolution was necessary, this scientist declared – in front of national TV cameras – that there is no peaceful way to achieve the group’s goals. In the context of the question, Professor Jones was calling for the violent overthrow of the government.
Professor James Fetzer, a Philosophy Professor at the University of Minnesota who poses as a scientist, praised Venezuala President Hugo Chavez and promoted Chavez’s proposal for an international criminal tribunal to put the Bush Administration on trial. By email, Professor Fetzer accused me of being Jewish – sadly, I am not – because I disagree with his theories.
The goal is to convince Americans that there are no foreign enemies. We can all drop our guard. Stop defending America. Don’t be ready to fight. Such “agit-prop” helps America’s enemies to more effectively attack the United States.
First, Al Qaeda has repeatedly admitted planning and executing the 9/11 attacks. In a captured videotape recording a private meeting in November 2001, Usama Bin Laden talks in detail about the 9/11 plot, comparing his expectations in advance to what actually occurred.
End of discussion, right? Nope. The 9/11 conspiracy peddlers reply that Usama Bin Laden is – today – on the payroll of the CIA and the Israeli Mossad. This refers to the current videotapes released now. To explain away Al Qaeda’s proud admission, they ‘out’ Usama Bin Laden as a CIA agent. (Where is Joe Wilson when you need him?) Some also insist that Al Zajeera is a television network operated by Israel, because Qatar lacks technical skills.
Second, of the World Trade Center, Professors Fetzer and Jones insist “there was not enough kinetic energy to cause one floor to bring about the collapse of the floor below it.” Yet about 29 floors tilted and fell onto the crumbling floor where the aircraft gouged out, and removed, support structure. Why would a university professor talk about “one floor” falling when everyone knows that 29 floors, plus 140 tons of aircraft and cargo, fell? Professor Fetzer is intentionally deceiving the gullible. (But I am Jewish, he says, for disagreeing with him.)
Third, Fetzer and Jones argue that the twin towers could have not have collapsed so neatly without a controlled demolition. Architects clarify that any such building is designed to load-shift. The failure of part of a floor causes other parts of that structure to compensate and take up the load. This means that each floor must always fail symmetrically. As long as any part of the floor remains intact, it is designed to pick up the remaining load. Thus, it was inevitable that the twin towers collapsed symmetrically and down the center. Furthermore, controlled demolitions start from the bottom up. The WTC collapse bears no resemblance whatsoever.
Fourth, many conspiracy peddlers insist that no airplanes ever hit the World Trade Center or Pentagon. The airplanes never existed. They refuse to acknowledge that tens of thousands of eyewitnesses went outside and watched the WTC burn before the second airplane hit. News footage was faked, they say, but they do not explain how thousands of journalists and New Yorkers all watched the airplane hit or how dozens of cameras all show the same thing. They ignore how American Airlines crash investigators verified their airplanes from the wreckage in order to file insurance claims and prepare for lawsuits. They do not explain why hundreds of civilian air traffic controllers and airport radar operators confirm the official explanation (indeed, are the sources for much of it). They assume that hundreds of local police and firefighters crawling over the wreckage covered up for the murderers of their fellow firefighters and cops.
Fifth, conspiracy mongers claim that no steel building has ever collapsed from fire alone, so the twin towers couldn’t either. However, the heavy-steel-construction McCormick Place Exhibition Hall collapsed after only 30 minutes of an ordinary fire in Chicago. No physical damage. No jet fuel. Just an ordinary fire softened the steel to the point of structural collapse. And that steel was not carrying the load of 110 floors above it. A dozen other fires in steel buildings have also collapsed floors because the steel softened and buckled. The Hotel Windsor lost its entire upper half in a fire. Clearly the temperature of an ordinary fire can make a steel structure fail.
But, of course, the WTC towers did not collapse from fire alone, but from the severe physical damage of a 140-ton aircraft traveling at 540 MPH shredding the support structures, and the extra weight of 140 tons of aircraft, Incredible temperatures resulted from approximately 30,000 kilograms of jet fuel. But the fireball itself was an enormous, cataclysmic bomb, shattering the building’s interior. They ignore how this fantastic bomb of jet fuel damaged the building. During the ensuing fire, the expansion of steel in 1500 degree fires distorted the building and sheared off bolts and connectors, as the steel expanded, buckled, and warped. Later, a “fuel air bomb” from jet fuel leaking down the elevator shaft shook the entire structure.
Sixth, they engage in pure science fiction about whether the WTC buildings should have collapsed as they did. Such calculations are meaningless because we can never know the actual circumstances: What was the temperature inside? We will never know. Was there substandard construction material? Was the construction perfect? Was there corrosion from the salt air of the ocean during 35 years? Was the architectural design as good as the architects thought?
All such calculations are pure science fiction because there are a hundred variables we can never know. The myth-makers ignore the structural damage from the 1993 bombing. Islamic terrorists had calculated that their truck bomb in the basement garage would bring down the twin towers completely. The towers stood, but with what damage?
Similarly, the myth-makers claim that the twin towers fell at the same rate as objects in free fall. Actually, the towers fell in between 12 and 20 seconds whereas free fall is 9.22 seconds. Dr. Frank Greening’s exhaustive paper demonstrates brilliantly that the twin towers collapse is entirely explainable from gravity alone. Furthermore, how the government can make buildings fall faster (consistent with the news footage) is never well explained.
Seventh, engineers at the Pentagon measured the hole from Flight 77 at 90 feet wide. Yet the fiction-peddlers claim that the hole was only 16 feet wide, based on a French author who has apparently never visited the United States. Conspiracy peddlers argue that a Boeing 757 would have made a hole wider than 16 feet. It did. Yet vast arguments, websites, books, and careers are based on the hole being only 16 feet, instead of the actual 90 feet.
Eighth, other myth-makers point to lists of victims on each flight. They claim that the hijackers are missing from the passenger manifests, which proves that the government slipped the hijackers past security gates. But lists of victims obviously do not include the murderers who killed them.
Ninth, the 9/11 conspiracy peddlers all contradict each other. Collectively, they will claim that there is “overwhelming evidence” against the official explanation of 9/11. However, what is “overwhelming” is a mish-mash of contradictory and mutually-exclusive scenarios. Each of the conspiracy peddlers proves the others wrong. Moreover, the conspiracy theories keep changing. When confronted by the falsehoods and contradictions, they simply change their story. This proves that they are not seeking the truth, but any excuse to bash Bush.
In general, conspiracy theorists point to elements of the official explanation they find hard to believe… but then adopt infinitely less believable, preposterous scenarios. Their scenarios do not answer their own questions any better than the official explanation (or even as well). These activists are simply intent on bending the truth, not finding it, to bash George Bush.

First off, the initial hole in the pentagon was NOT 90 feet wide, as you claim. (And where was the huge fireball from the fuel,never mind the missing luggage, bodies and aircraft parts??)
And since it is / was the most guarded building in the world, there would be lots of video cameras trained on that building. That being said, show us the plane hitting the building (or shut the hell up)! Why have they not shown the video?? Because there is no plane to see…..that is why!!
Secondly, I see you conveniently make no mention of building 7……you know the one that fell at near freefall speed into it’s own footprint?? That is the building that Larry Silverstein stated publicly that the order was given “to pull it”. That is the same building that the BBC announced live that the building had collapsed a full 20 minutes before it came down…….the very same building that witnesses claim they were stepping over bodies to escape. If it had truly fallen on it’s own due to the damage to the one side of the building, then logic dictates that it would have fallen over, not down. Christ!!!! Do I have to draw you a diagram???? Simple physics!!
Then there is the flight that went down near Shanksville. That huge ‘scar’ in the landscape that showed no sign of bodies, luggage, or aircraft parts…….just a smoking scar in the landscape…….it’s kinda funny (ironic) that satellite photos show that ‘scar’ in photos PRIOR to 9-11.

To list all of the proofs and all of the internal contradictions, and all ofthe physical impossibilities in the “official story” of 9/11 would require pages and pages.
So here we will bring a sample:
11 & 77 not in BTS database for 9/11/01: they were not scheduled to fly that day, and did not.
Flights 175 and 93 flew later than alleged crash times, there is 100% proof of that, therefore, they did not crash as described in the official story.
WTC 7 was not hit by an airplane (neither was WTC 2 or 4, but, I digress), it has been 100% proven that it was brought down by a controlled demolition, exactly like the two 110 story towers.
FBI never considered bin laden a suspect.
Cell phone calls cannot be made from jets flying 10,000 feet high and above.
Seat back phones were not present and/or were no longer operable, in the supposed aircrafts.
A true patriot questions their government when the evidence shows that is needed.

Refer to a Dr Grossman and go through some video material of that fateful day and check out some visuals of the still burning towers and note a certain triangular (ufo?) shape in hazy white, like smoke,- on the darker smoke back ground. Smoke is supposed to move away and cannot stay the same shape for such a long time (say for 2 minutes?) Take screen shots of the videos of the burning towers and enlarge the images at leisure. Was this ufo ensuring that ‘all goes well” during the attack? This ufo was suppose to be invisible but due to the heat and the back ground and all that it wasn’t completely invisible.?

This is purely my opinion. i don’t believe the government would cause this but than again i dont know everything. some of you have very good arguments about this being planned and i salute you for being able to make me wonder. those websites just have pictures of crash sites and all that. i think if anything we should worry about the people who died and remember the fire fighters who died trying to save people. the government will never admit if it was planned. so we’ll never know the truth

A very small segment of the population believes this nonsense. I happen to know this from polling people myself personally. Then about 5% of this 10% are a bunch of adamant A-holes and trolls about the New World Order and 911 conspiracy’s. It’s a mass delusion actually, and it’s actually very sad. I had a friend that believed this nonsense. His entire family thought he was insane of course. It got so bad he was scared of planes overhead because they might be chem-trails. He even took apart his satellite receiver because he thought there might be a camera in it (which of course there wasn’t “big surprise”).
It’s often interested me to analyze what people believe and why they believe it. After hours of study I can tell you that many of these adamant conspiracy theory promoters are seriously delusional about the world around them (they are living in their own fantasy land so to speak.)
These type of people are ill. I really have nothing else to say about them. I think of myself as prudent observer of society. I just say things how they are. There are two types of people out there in the world. There are those that want the truth, and there are those that DO NOT WANT THE TRUTH.
The 911 so called truther’s are an example of people that don’t want the truth. I think that some of these people don’t REALLY believe that 911 was caused by some massive CIA plot. They say they do, and they act like they do, but they really don’t.
They want to shelter out the obvious truth because it makes them feel better thinking that they know some secret plot; and because nobody wants to admit the U.S. was behind on security and got our asses handed to us by some religious FREAKS!!
This ties in with religion again. IF you look at history most wars have been fought over religion, but the religious don’t want to admit there is anything wrong with religion, so they quickly dismiss that there are any Muslim religious extremists that are causing problems like 911.
Again this ties in with not accepting the truth. You want to believe that when you die you are going to heaven and getting your virgins or whatever.
Haarp project? That’s another nutty thing these people bring up. They call infowars.com and google reputable sources for doing research on something. I seriously don’t think most these people are intelligent enough to step into a library and read something like a peer review journal.
That’s one of the real problems of America today, there is too much misinformation on the internet. People without senses enough to determine what information is valid or not are likely to stumble with things like 911 conspiracies online. Few people these days go to the library and look at a peer review journal by dozens of scientists. People are more interested in conspiracy books and worse THE INTERNET and google. It’s easy to just type a few words on google, read a few articles that already conform to your bias and call it good. Congratulations you’ve done your research.
The internet is an amazing and great place, but every piece of information you look at online, you must take with a grain of salt unless you are going to do hours of research to determine it’s validity. This includes hours of research on who is putting out the information and if they have any financial interest of otherwise in telling you something. Hours of research on opposing viewpoints, and again who is putting out the information on the opposing viewpoints. Then you can have a reasonable opinion or guess as to the truth of a given subject.
If you type in HAARP NWO in google you are going to find articles already reinforcing your nutty opinion about HAARP, even though you’ve probably never seen a HAARP center, or really know anything about it, or talked to anyone involved or working with Haarp if it even exists. If you type in the “Holocaust never happened”, guess what google will come up with? You can get pages supporting that nutty opinion too.
When I talk to 911 truthers they usually can’t defend their arguments, so they get mad at me calling me a sheep, or closing their ears. Or shifting the burden of proof onto me, or bringing up unrelated material into the discussion and not answering my questions.
Think logically about 911 for a second. Planes hitting a tower (weakening not melting) the towers steel beams, coupled with a huge kinetic blast wrecking havoc on the structure, all done by Islamic extremists, VS the other theory(s).
It’s not that hard to believe the planes were hijacked. I remember the time in the 90s when I could carry legally a 4 inch buck knife into the carry on bag on a plane. The conspiracy theory though goes something like this.
The planes were a ruse, the planes were remote controlled and never took off or they were re-routed and the passengers were executed.
A missile was then launched into the Pentagon too, it wasn’t really a plane at all. The calls made by the family members on the plane were really CIA assets faking voices with advanced computer systems. Even though you can talk to the family members of people on the flights like 1911 on facebook they are probably paid off by the CIA too, or part of the CIA as well.
Bombs were placed earlier in the buildings by secret government agents of course, secret shadow agents too. Then thermite which had never been used in controlled demolition previously was planted all around the edges of the beams by shadow agents. It sort of looked like thermite so that must be what it is when a little fire comes off the side of the building.
The only people who talk about melting steel are the conspiracy theorists by the way, everyone else is content with weakened beams.
“Let’s pretend it was an inside job, why go to all this trouble of faking voices, faking phone calls, using planes, etc etc? If you recall in the 90s al qaeda tried to blow up the buildings from the basement? IF the building was rigged with explosives AGAIN they could have just blown it down and blamed it on al qaeda so we could go to war couldn’t they? All they do is nit pick on the fact that one scientist or engineer or article says this that and this. They won’t answer your question(s), when the truth is 95% of engineers agree almost unanimously on what happened that day. I don’t need to nit pick.
I post this for those who have sense enough, but I’m not going to waste time arguing with a conspiracy theorist. One thing you will notice about people like that if you argue with them you are either A) duped by the conspirators or B) somehow part of the conspiracy. You’re wasting your time.
The best thing you can do with insane people that believe things like this, is to actually not argue at all. In my time around insane people I have found the best tactic to cope with insanity is to nod your head a little bit, and say something like “that’s interesting”.
If you argue with them that reinforces their beliefs more, and if you say you’re right they’ll keep talking about it. It’s best to stay neutral. Say something like “that’s interesting”, or “Oh, I never thought about that” and leave it at that.
