God did what he did for us because that was his will.. I don’t think it would be to wise to start questioning my God about his sacrifice(s). Considering he is the master ad creator of everything you have or ever will see, He could have decide differently. He could also change his mind and turn everything he has done around, including the creation of this human race. I wouldn’t think it could be all to smart to challenge him, especially in this manner.
