First to even determine if there is a 911 conspiracy, we must find what, if anything, is wrong with the official statement. This for ease of reading has been broken down into two segments/problems with official World Trade Center (WTC) story, and problems with official Pentagon story, which is on the next page.
WTC: Official Story Debunking
The first supposed problems with the official version of the events on September 11th comes before the planes even leave the airport. For the Arab terrorists to have carried out the attack, four of the 19 terrorists would have needed to be able to fly a two engine plane.
Yet none of the terrorists had a pilots licence, and one of the pilots Hani Hanjour, had gone for lessons, and had been deemed unsafe to fly even a one seat plane.
Marcel Bernard, the chief flight instructor at the airport, said the man named Hani Hanjour went into the air in a Cessna 172 with instructors from the airport three times beginning the second week of August and had hoped to rent a plane from the airport. … Instructors at the school told Bernard that after three times in the air, they still felt he was unable to fly solo … — The Prince George’s Journal (Maryland), 2001-09-18, as quoted in Operation 911: NO SUICIDE PILOTS
But there is a difference between being skilled enough to fly a plane professionally, and just being able to fly the thing in the right direction (no need to land etc…). A professional has to take into account airspace, landing, fueling up, airplane checks.
I myself could right now purchase an adventure day out where I could fly a plane for 30-60 minutes (depending on where you buy the day out from.) Admittedly I would be with a trained pilot all of the time, but after three times in the air I probably would be able to fly the plane. Not safely enough to get a licence, but well enough to get from the airport to the World Trade Center!
This is assuming that this was the only time the Arab terrorists had flown a plane.

But even if the entire 19 terrorists were crack pilots could they have realistically got hold of the planes in the first place on September 11th? The conspiracy theorists think not:
The official story expects us to believe that these alleged nineteen on-board hijackers (acting with military coordination and precision) overpowered the flight attendants (with nothing more than box cutters and shouted commands), forced their way into the cabin (were all eight official pilots absorbed in contemplation of the clouds?), overpowered the pilots (apparently none of them, some ex-military, could offer any resistance to hijackers armed only with box cutters), took command of the planes
This is not such an unbelievable story, since out of the list if people given there, only the eight pilots would have been of any real help in combating the terrorists. (Lets face it, flight attendants are not designed for hand to hand combat.) and even with Ex-military training, 8 Vs 19 is not a good number to have against you. Add to this good planning, and the weapon of surprise, there seems to be nothing wrong theoretically with this approach.

The boarding manifest for flight 77 was released by
TWA officials. The FBI tried to stop it from being released.
It showed that not one of the hijackers boarded that flight.
Not a one. Not a single piece of wreckage from flight 77,
(a 757) was foung at the pentagon. Plane parts were found,
but none that would have come from a 757.

People reading your statement might think it was true. It’s not. The airline (American Airlines not TWA who were bought out by AA years ago) released a list of the innocent victims, not a manifest- they excluded those who were suspected of being the hijackers. But still, years later , the same disinformation presented as fact.
The wreakage found in the Pentagon was from American Airlines flight 77 – the people whose job is was to verify that, verified it. I presume your ‘information’ is taken from some internet site, which was taken from some other internet site, where some self appointed ‘investigator’ performed a fifth hand ‘investigation’ by looking at photographs , never setting foot in the Pentagon or physically handling or examining one piece of debris.And of course had decided in advance what the result would be.

Surely the most important part of a ‘false flag’ operation is the false flag bit. There is not much point attacking yourself and then not planting the evidence that the people you want to attack were responsible for it. If 911 was a big elaborate ‘inside job’ surely planting the bit of evidence that Iraq was involved in it, either in the planning or financing or execution would be just child’s play. What does the 911 report say about Iraqi involvement? It basically concludes that were not involved. Did they just forget to plant the evidence? Seven years later did they still forget? -having invaded Iraq they still didn’t plant the evidence? Some false flag operation. They forgot the most important part of it.

Correction on the pilots – they all trained in american flight schools and received thier FAA issued commercial pilots licences and then went on to train on commercial jet simulators.

i think all of you should stop having a go at what eachother is saying. Everyone is entitled to there own opinion.
This is a very sensitive topic and you need to remember the people that gave there lives trying to help the innocent people in those buildings.
What matters is that over two thousand people died that day! and i think that the families of the people lost should get to know once and for all why it happened whether it was the government or a terrorst group.
Yes, it is possible for a terrorist group to hi-jack a plane! You Don’t need to know how to fly it if your not planning on landing it. aslong as you can steer the thing!
But just because it is possible doesn’t mean it was a terrorist group.
Unfortunately 9/11 happened. and nothing anyone says or does can change it. I think everyone should stop looking for people to blame! You cant find what isnt there!

Being from outside America i only seen the tv footage and read the papers and stuff. But from where i was sitting and from what i seen
I think the government was behind it all.
Apparently, the towers were steel structures yeh ? built to prevent them from collapsing. (or so we’ve heard) So realisticly they should not have collapsed. but the way they fell straight downwards suggested signs of controlled demolition. And also from what ive read and heard, detinators and explosives were found at ground zero.
Bush was heavy for war so he needed reason?
He wanted Americans to hate someone so much they wanted to fight.
After so many americans being so angry with him winning presidency he needed them on his side.
But would he really go to the extent of murder to get what he wanted?
lets be fair his father was driven by war, and so was he!

Reading your comment I can’t help feeling that you represent the views of a large number of people who have watched videos on Youtube and other sites on the internet and been taken in by the slanted,deceptive distortions of the facts that these websites present. They are basically propaganda and people can be taken in by propoganda. Propaganda consists mostly of facts, but facts presented in a highly selective and deciptive way. I’ve seen so many videos about the attack on the Pentagon for example that don’t even mention the dozens of people who saw the plane crash into the building. Anyone watching the video would think that the person making it had searched high and low for evidence that a plane had crashed but couldn’t find it. The strangest thing is to read the statements of military people etc. repeating almost word for word the kind of things you can see on these videos and websites because they actually make the assumption that facts are being presented in an honest way.

I presume by consistancy you mean I’ve posted quite a few times on this page , which is obviously true -I don’t think there is some kind of limit – you are also free to post as many times as you like- and I only wish I was being paid for it ,I’d be doing it a lot more often. Did it ever occur to you that the Alex Jones, Jim Fetzers, Webster Tarpleys, et al. are making money from their books and videos? I don’t dismiss their views on the grounds that they make money from them but on the grounds that they don’t make sense and are misleading perople like you and Rebecca and Stig into believing them too. The statement ‘there was no wreakage at the Pentagon’ – do you really seriously believe that? If the 911 Report had said a plane did not crash into the Pentagon do you think you could come up with a case that showed they were lying?- not anything new , just from the stuff you have already seen, starting with the scores of eyewitnesses who saw the 757 crash into the side of the building. You could also come up with plenty of evidence of wreakage. In other words would you assess the evidence differently , because this is what it is all about, the assesment of evidence – so many people seem to have lost the ability to do it.

Something to help you see the truth about 9/11 is the financial gain that a few select received due to insurance and put options. Search google for put options with 9/11 and find this info. The evidence is overwhelming supporting conspiracy theory. A little research and you will see 9/11 was to get the public to all other planned events. Since the mid 1960′s there have been over 500 succesful commercial airline hijackings. In fact, once the planes are airborne 100% of the attempts were succesful ( a few were stopped on the ground).
Quite a few were carried out with knives or nothing more than an empty bag claiming a bomb was inside.
Considering the track record for hijackings, how hard is it to believe what happened to the aircraft on 9/11 ? A group of cub scouts could get to the flight deck…

I have stumbled on this site by accident and have read it out of interest….
I think those of you who believe in the conspiracy theories are crazy.
True the US government may like to control the flow information given out during its investigation but that is no different to say a police murder investigation, you wouldnt see the police revealing their cards straight away.
The two towers were indead made out of steel and concrete. steel has a meling point of about 1300 degrees. the concrete provides a degree of fire protection to the steel to stop it from melting. during an intense fire such as the thousands of gallons of aviation fuel burning will and did cause the steel to soften enough to buckle. as soon as the steel did buckle the weight of the floors above (thousands of tons) was all that is needed to collapse the lot.
Hyjacking a plane used to be easy, just walk straight into the cockpit. noone else on the plane would necisarily have known it had been taken over.
Also i think far too many people think it was used as a reason to invade iraq. IRAQ is a completely different conflict. Afganistan is where the Taliban and Al-Qaeda are hiding.

As far as the collapse of the three WTC towers in 9/11, the official investigation (and others supporting it) is not convincing. The real question is how can three skyscrapers collapse in a controlled manner the way they did in 9/11? Structural damage; whether caused by fire, impact or debris should not cause the buildings to fully collapse and in such a controlled way. Demolishing a building is a science in its own right and needs experts to do it. If three skyscrapers went down in an almost controlled manner in the same day then I must say we don’t need demolition experts anymore. Why do we need to fill buildings with explosives in order to demolish them? Why don’t we only plant explosives at the top floors and watch the building collapse as the top floors take care of the floors below like the WTC towers?
Structural damage can cause a building to partially collapse; for example at one side. The building should basically collapse gradually. But in 9/11, three buildings, the first: boom .. from top to bottom, the second: boom .. from top to bottom, the third: boom … from top to bottom. No where else this have been seen except in controlled demolition. Buildings tumble on one side, partially collapse, etc. but not fully and very fast.
